Welcome!


Thank you for joining me on this journey of sharing what I know, learning along the way, and finding pleasure in helping others. A few things we are going to explore is mindful practices, manifestation, habits but most importantly transitioning to a plant based diet or majorly plant based.


I want to incorporate mindfulness and mental strength because I feel mental strength is necessary to make changes in life. Once we are who we are, sometimes, we battle with the current version of ourself causing us to miss the opportunity to focus on the better version of ourself - the self you want to be and know you can be. Your current self is telling you what it needs and doesn't need now. Listen to it so that you can begin to nurture your self. Ailments and discomfort is your body talking to you. Low energy and sleep dysfunction is your body talking to you. The recognition without judgment


and the ability to take meaningful steps forward requires mindfulness. Listening to your body and making a change for your health also requires mindfulness as well as self-discipline.

I hope that I can share motivation, inspiration, and guidance for developing a mindset that creates positive changes in your daily life and habits which will lead to healthier eating habits, healthier mindful practices, and, ultimately, the healthier person you want to be.
